TRUUNEX started with a simple idea: everyday life is full of small frustrations, and there are smart, practical products that can fix them. But finding them shouldn't take hours.

We do the searching for you.

TRUUNEX is an online retail brand operated by AllConnect Enterprises LLC, a U.S. company based in Iowa. We are not a marketplace with 10,000 random products. We handpick a small selection of useful, trending and problem-solving products that we would actually use ourselves.

How we select our products:

  • Tracked delivery: Processing in 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery 5-11 business days after dispatch with tracking emailed.
  • Straightforward 30-day returns: Most unused items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging.
  • Secure checkout: All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details.
  • Real human support: We are a small U.S.-based team. Every message sent through our Contact page is answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
